I grant my consent to the company Randstad HR Solutions s.r.o., ID no. 08025851, registered seat at Jungmannova 26/15, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered with the commercial register maintained by the Municipal court in Prague, Section C, Insert 311763, and to the company Randstad Services s.r.o., ID no. 09240683, registered seat at Jungmannova 26/15, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered with the commercial register maintained by the Municipal court in Prague, Section C, Insert 333079 as joint controllers (the Joint Controllers) with the entry and maintenance in the evidence of job seekers maintained by the Joint Controllers. In this context, the Joint Controllers may process the data in the extent of name, surname, resp. maiden name, date and place of birth, permanent and residential address, phone number, email address, information on education and other qualifications, information on previous professional experience, information on job offers preferences and remuneration preference, data on personal profile on social network LinkedIn, data on entry in the criminal code. As long as I am registered as a jobseeker in the register of jobseekers, the Joint Controllers (each individually) are entitled to: - contact me to offer me to participate in a candidate selection process for a job position that is suitable for me, - process my personal data for the purpose of profiling in order to make an easier selection of a suitable job position for me. I grant my consent for a period of 5 years, unless I withdraw my consent earlier. I confirm that I have received the information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR. The granting of the above consent is voluntary. I can revoke the consent granted to any of the Joint Controllers with effect for the future. If I refuse to grant my consent or if I revoke my consent, there are no negative consequences for me. I cannot be excluded from the selection process for which I applied only because I did not grant the above consent to the processing of my personal data. If I decide to revoke the consent, I may contact the Joint Controllers by email at osobniudaje@randstad.cz or send a written notice to the registered office of any of the Joint Controllers or come in person to any of the branches of the Joint Controllers.
