Project Optimization: Stabilizing and optimizing the execution of a manufacturing project that needs a new direction and fine-tuning to reach peak performance

Driving Innovation: Conducting a comprehensive assessment and integration of the individual stages of an extensive technological line with an engineering perspective (forming, grinding, heat treatment, painting, surface treatment)

Analytical Diagnostics: Defining key metrics, statistically evaluating processes, and designing smart systemic changes

Strategic Collaboration: Coordinating key engineering activities across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure the highest standards

Methodological Risk Management: Performing PFMEA analyses, setting standards, and guaranteeing process capability

Team Leadership: Steering, supporting, and developing a team of four manufacturing engineers, serving as both their technical backbone and mentor
