Key responsibilities:
- Business Support: Providing expert consultancy to stakeholders and helping them realize their strategic plans.
- Solution Management: Ensuring the design, development, and deployment of both local and central IT processes and systems.
- Documentation & Training: Creating and maintaining operational manuals, system documentation, and preparing training materials.
- Security & Risk: Managing IT security for assigned solutions in close cooperation with security teams.
- External Resource Management: Coordinating cooperation with external consultants and vendors.
- Optimization: Resolving complex technical inquiries and prioritizing market requirements for efficient resource utilization.
